Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust News

media city landscape

The Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust News website, or PNFT News, to use the shorter version, has been set up as a property news and opinion resource for anyone interested, not only in the residential property arm of The Trust, but also the UK property market in general.

The objective of The Trust has always been to invest in projects that will provide long-term benefits for people and the communities they live in. As a result, this website has been created as a means to provide timely news and to inform and educate website visitors on the UK property market and provide guidance for investors, buyers and tenants.

The Pervais Naviede Family Trust team is well placed to cover developments in the wider UK property market with the backing of an organisation that has built up a portfolio of assets worth £200m in the UK and UAE,  much of which consists of residential property.

Rather than simply a news outlet for the work of The Trust, this website is dedicated to publishing objective opinions and covering all the latest stories in the dynamic and fast moving UK property market.

Our team of writers and journalists have several years of experience analysing and covering property markets worldwide and in great detail. If you happen to be an investor, this website can be used as a resource to guide your investment decisions or at least keep you informed and up-to-date.

We also produce research publications and publish events listings in addition to our regularly updated news feed. All opinions given on this website are solely those of our independent writers and should not be taken as the opinions of anyone involved directly with The Trust. If you would like to suggest ideas for the future development of the website we would be delighted to hear from you.

The Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust run by Pervaiz Naviede is involved in a range of philanthropic activities and is the principal benefactor of the Pamela Northcott Fund, a voluntary organisation providing advocacy and support to cancer patients across the UK.

More About The Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust…

The Perviaz Naviede Family Trust owns LPC Living, a property developer created with a simple ethos: to provide everyone with the opportunity to enjoy all the benefits of home ownership at a realistic and affordable price.

To date the company has created more than 1,300 homes in historically some of the most deprived areas across the north west of England.

Much of LPC Living’s work involves large scale regeneration projects where they collaborate with local authorities and communities to deliver sustainable, affordable homes and environmental improvements.

The company initially focused on the refurbishment of existing properties, in particular ex-local authority tower blocks in regeneration areas in the North West of England. Completed schemes include Lakeside, a development of 250 refurbished apartments and new build houses in Blackley, north Manchester which was delivered in partnership with Manchester City Council and completed in 2006.

The Apple Building, a joint venture with Manchester City Council to provide high-quality rental accommodation for newly-qualified teachers who were otherwise priced out of living/working in the city.

LPC Living became an exclusive development partner of Salford City Council. Together LPC Living and Salford Council worked on the £100m regeneration of Ordsall, Salford which revitalized the area.

The company has also helped create more than 250 employment opportunities following the completion of Radclyffe Park, a £50m mixed-use development with tenants including Morrisons, Travelodge and the NHS.

LPC Living is accredited by both the NHBC and Premier Guarantee, the UK’s leading providers of new home warranties. In addition, their work has been recognised by both the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Building for Life.

Commercial & Leisure

The Pervaiz Naviede Trust owns a number of commercial, retail and leisure sites within the UK. These include a 40 acre site in Mobberley, Cheshire which has produced high quality black and white photographic products for more than a century.

In early 2014 plans were submitted to redevelop the site to create a greener and more efficient campus for the current tenant, Harman Technology, with the remainder of the site proposed for new housing and community benefits.

In London construction is ongoing of a £20m mixed-use development in Hackney. Hotel operator, Travelodge, have signed up to open an 80 bed hotel alongside 50 serviced apartments and 21,000 sq ft of retail accommodation.

The Perviaz Naviede Family Trust’s first foray into the healthcare sector came in 2012 with the completion of Ordsall Health, an 18,000 sq ft health centre situated at LPC Living’s Radclyffe Park development in Salford.

The building offers a range of NHS and private services to a rapidly growing population including general practice, speech and language, baby clinics, psychiatry and dentistry. The property was sold in June 2013.

Residential Lettings

Abode Residential, trading alongside LPC Living, is a full-service lettings and management agency with a portfolio of more than 750 properties across the UK.

Initially created to market a number of properties developed by LPC Living which were retained for the private rental sector, the business has grown exponentially to let new residential units purchased by the Trust.

Managed assets are located in a number of major towns and cities including Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow and Nottingham.

Overseas Property

Outside of the UK, the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust’s interests extend to Dubai, UAE following the purchase of 50 spectacular shoreline apartments at Nakheel’s artificial island complex, The Palm Jumeriah, in 2003. Cited as one of the most ambitious engineering projects ever attempted, the project saw the creation of an archipelago offering new homes alongside leisure and entertainment resorts.

The purchase marked the first time property in the UAE had been sold to overseas companies.

The apartments were marketed under the Royal Club brand on a fractional ownership basis by the market leaders in vacation ownership, Arabian Falcon Holidays.
